why do Koreans avoid buying actual houses? They seem like they only have apartments there.
They have houses there. But the thing esp with artist/idols, they need more securitu because of sasaengs and even the media so they prefer apartments than actual houses and also esp when they're on tour too. It's kinda hard to leave a whole house alone while you're on tour.
