‘Make U Smile’ 은 아름다운 스트링을 담고 있는 hypnotic 피아노 발라드 곡이다. 감미로운 멜로디와 감성적인 보컬을 느낄 수 있다.

It’s a no brainer. And, yeah, if you’re Korean or something you may not see an issue with it but kpop girls obviously try to act younger than they are. Sometimes they’re forced. Sometimes they do it because they know that’s what some people want to see. Specifically men if you’ve ever heard the chants and crowds girl groups with cute concepts get. But now the majority of people don’t want to see it. That’s why they don’t do it that much anymore. I’m sure you’ve seen international fans express their dislike for cute concepts with grown women… or when an idol is forced to do aegyo. They always cringe. Now if YOU like it.. go ahead I guess. Just don’t act like there’s not an issue with it. They infantilize women a lot in Japanese beauty standards too for comparison.

I absolutely love Yena's kidcore aesthetic concept. It's so pretty, it fits her, and it's different from most of the rest of the kpop scene. Her music, voice and choreographies being great too just adds up to how amazing this girl is
@SugarLivy Just like someone else has said, "kidcore" is the visual aesthetic of the MV, not the actual musical genre of the song. I was talking about how basically everything from Yena, from the outfits to the colors and the props on teaser photos, MVs and stages are always so colorful and nostalgic, just like in the kidcore aesthetic. You could call it indie kid aesthetic too, I think. But I think Smiley is more indie kid, and Smartphone is more kidcore.
@SugarLivy Do you even know what is "kidcore aesthetic"? It's an aesthetic that centers around bright colors, nostalgia for icons from the 90s, and kid themes. But that doesn't mean it's just for kids. This mv is kidcore, and I like it. But the music genre is bubblegum pop as you said, not children's music. :)
