“저는 1990년생이고요, 올해로 서른이네요. 중학생 때 김광석 선배님의 ＜서른 즈음에＞라는 곡을 처음 듣고 '서른 즈음이 되면 꼭 그 나이를 노래하는 곡을 써야지' 생각했어요. 곡의 작사/작곡가이자 제가 존경하는 뮤지션이신 강승원 선배님께 허락을 구하고 제가 가장 감명 깊었던 가사 한 줄을 인용해서 곡을 완성했습니다. 10살 남짓부터 가수라는 꿈 하나만 보고 달려와 보니 많이 얻고 많이 잃었더군요. 지금의 그 마음들을 노래하고 싶었어요.”

For me the meaning of this song is soooo sad and relateable. In the mature relationship the most important thing is not only Just loving each other. There are many things we have to deal with it.
