I can’t even express how upset Soojin’s case makes me. She was literally forced to give up on her dream, a dream that she BEGGED her father to let her pursue, so prematurely just when things were taking off for her solo wise (she was signed to so many brand deals before the accusations). And even after her classmates came to her defence and shin ae herself came out to say that she wasn’t even sure Soojin was involved, Cube STILL did nothing and some people still believe she deserved to have her career end? UGH so frustrating.

I’m not defending Soojin or anything because I don’t know exactly what happen between them but the result said A is not guilty right?
Not guilty means there is lack of evidence to prove he/she is guilty of something.
I also know that SK follows the innocent till proven guilty system. So I would wait for more actual evidence before siding. I’m not trying to convince if you already made up your mind but there is seems to be a misconception on how the not guilty works.
Just because A is not guilty, its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either.
So lets say A murdered B but the court rules that A is not guilty due to a lack of evidence. Its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either. For all we know A could have killed B then destroy the evidence(s) to prove A was the one who killed B.
From what I see
Neither side can prove who is or is not the bully. All we have is their statements nothing more which explains the court decision because neither can prove this or that side is lying. And I agree with the court decision how are u gonna find evidences years and possibly decades after what did/did not happen?
I’m just saying as a someone who has understanding of law. So don’t accuse me of siding with this or that person.

Actress implied Soojin called he ugly and stuff like that, changed her story so many times as well, go read her old statements. Honestly the actress is so sus.
Even IF someone called someone ugly in their life they don't deserve have their career ruined. Otherwise I'd have to destroy 100 people who called me ugly when I was like 12-14.
