To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

bts are my only comfort. it's one of those days where I just feel like letting all the bottled up emotions run down my face and just stop holding everything in; trying to act strong. I hate to seem pity seeking but I need to just rant somewhere even if no one sees this. I'm just a teenager, but I've never really lived my life that way. I've been forced to mature from a really young age due to my mum being constantly ill my whole childhood (she still has way more bad days than good) and I've had to be there for here rather than vice versa. I am an older sister to my younger brother and I help my dad. I've also been exposed to a lot of things a child shouldn't ever know about. I was diagnosed with scoliosis 4 years ago too.. which really made me hate myself and I truly thought i was ugly and not worthy (that feels weird typing because my coping mechanism is to not think it's real - I hate reality) and my family is honestly falling apart. I'm pretty depressed and I have struggled a lot with s*icide for a couple years, but then I realise I'm trapped.. I have to be there for these people in my life and I don't want to cause them anymore pain than they're already in. I'm just a kid and I dream of living my life of whatever you perceive as normal. maybe this is God's plan for me - who knows? I just know I would not be writing this if it wasn't for my hope; these 7 boys and that I would've given up long ago. thank you bts, for being my strength when I was everybody else's strength without anyone to lean on. thank you for letting me rest on you and find peace through your music. thank you army for being my protection and safe place; my family; home. I just want to tell you this one time, just once in my life. thank you for saving me. I still get down these days and I do get depressed - after all I'm human. I really really hate myself and what I see in the mirror some days. but thanks to you, it's a lot less than it used to be. I want to stay forever young with you and although I didn't have much of a childhood - finding you was the highlight of it. whenever I plug my earphones in - it all disappears and I am allowed to escape the cruel world; for even a few minutes.. I am in bts world - loved and protected. I love you always. bts ♡ army.
just have patience and faith in BTS and yourself and hopefully things will get better, keeping you in my prayers too
Im so sorry for everything that has happened, and im glad you have found a way of feeling happier through bts. I also think of bts and army as my safe place and home, and i think alot of armys do too. Reading your message honestly made me tear up, knowing that there are people out there that are just like us. Bts really have saved millions of armys lives, and we are really thankful for them. Once again, im am really sorry for the events that have occured in your life, and i would like to say there is hope, there will be a light that shines through the darkness and it will bring you back to bts world once again, where armys support each other and laugh, sing, cry, and are just happy for everything bts have done for us. We will always purple you for ever, and remember to alway love yourself, even though it is hard, loving yourself makes an amazing impact on your life. bts ♡ army.

You just have to be strong and patient, I've been thru a lot as well mostly physical and mental health I'm nowhere near perfect mentally but I'm getting better. it will get better, if you want my instagram it'sJungkiijk if you ever need anyone to talk to. So, first off, don't hate me. It's gonna sound really shitty at the beginning but hear me out:
I used to love bts. I knew everything about each and every one of them. I was that one obsessed fan who supported them more than anything. I used to call myself a kpop fan without actually listening to other groups except for bts. Then, I got immense hate for liking them. People called them gay, ugly, overrated and overhyped. I used to play it off cool and say it's okay to have a different opinion from mine. But it eventually got to me. People were calling me stupid and worthless for listening to them. So I stopped listening to their music for quite some time. (bare with me now). I can't express how much more accepted I was, once I said i didn't really dislike them, but didn't really like them.
Now, thanks to your playlist, you have reminded me why I fell in love with them in the first place. Not for their looks, but for their music. And for that, I can't thank you enough.
jin hit I recently became a kpop fan a few months ago, and I can’t stress enough how hard it is. I went from hating Bts to loving them, and i was always scared to tell people and I still am but thank god it didn’t make me stop loving them im glad I’m an army honestly❤️

I know exactly how you felt. I went through the same thing for a while. But I started listening to their music again and I thought to myself, “Don’t think about what they say, their wrong with everything they say about them” (Because when they say anything about them it’s always something rude)

Shoutout to the people who still have to do school work on spring break to get the credit to graduate.
For me the best decision to listen bts relaxing songs are when you completing your books or when you do your home work but not when you study answers I'm completing my books so I'm listening to relaxing song make me calm and not stress...
