This has happened to me a few times. My tear duct would get clogged, start to swell then get irritated, red & itchy. Tends to happen to me from when I leave my mascara on too long and start to rub my eyes a little too hard. Adding make-up to cover it makes it worse, trust me! A wet, hot cloth on the eye 3 times a day for 10 mins will get it gone in about 2-3 days. Sooner if your more prompt. 😊

HAIR TIPS FOR TANA:
1. Try not to use a towel turban, since the fibers are VERY abrasive to your hair and can cause breakage and frizz
2. Use natural products that are sulfate/silicone free, I personally use Acure. (They also have a purple shampoo if you're interested)
3. Make sure to use a moisture rich conditioner
4. You're doing well by deep conditioning and diffusing, but again, just check the ingredients of the conditioner to make sure it keeps your hair healthy.
5. If you have wavy or curly hair, do NOT brush it when it is dry, only use your fingers or a wide-toothed comb.
6. Avoid rubbing alcohols in products

I like where you're going with the hairspray thing, but I'd recommend a gel/curl cream or a foam depending if you want more lightweight moisture (foam) or you're better with heavy moisture, (curl cream) although there are exceptions and different things work for everyone. Make sure this is silicone free, as this can stay in your hair for 2-4 days.
8. Google the Curly Girl Method. Whether you have straight or curly hair, it can help you achieve healthier locks.
