Tati, my husband watches your videos with me. He asks questions, listens, and spoils me with little gifts from what he learns I like while we watch together. He is a 911 dispatcher (for 10 years) and they are often forgotten as โfront lineโ workers because they arenโt out in the open. They are often directing from the first second, whether itโs CPR instructions or just helping someone get out of harmโs way. I adore him so much, and I wish more people remembered to list them in their thank yous. I am also grateful for Law Enforecment, medical workers, the food industry, and all transportation employees. Thank you for bringing some positive light to scary time. โค๏ธโค๏ธ

yay! thank you Tati! Just want to let everyone know, some essential oils are toxic to dogs and cats and can make them very sick! diffuse responsibly and always allow the pets a chance to leave the room :) I am speaking from experience and what my vet has told me :)

some self care favorites: candles, baths, watching the golden girls and listening to nature sounds
My self care is 45 minute showers, doing my eyeshadow, creating D&D characters, writing my novel, and studying languages ๐
I have a Korean version of Pride and Prejudice that has absolutely become my therapy. I can read it well but there's the occasional term I come across that I don't know, so I write it down and make a note to study it.
The 3 most calming activity for my brain is:
1. Reading. Best book: Storm and Silence by Sir Robert Thier.
2. Painting. As long as I am doing it with my brush I am good to go.
3. Cleaning. I get anxious when something is not in its usual place. So, sometimes just for the fun of it I bring all my items down from shelves and rearrange them to kill my time.

Thank you Tati for always being open about mental health and the importance of taking care of both physical and mental health. One of the hardest things I learned from my counsellor is that I have to give my emotions room. I have to feel the things that are causing anxiety and panic attacks. When I have a panic attack I have to take the time to go back, figure out what emotion I was feeling, and give it space. Itโs truly exhausting to โfeelโ but so important, especially in these uncertain times. Thank you again for talking openly about your struggles and your strategies. You have no idea how many people your words have helped and the incredible impact you have on your followers.

When you said that getting ready (even to go nowhere) really helps I totally agreed. It's day 10 of quarantine in France and I sometimes play with your Textured Neutrals and try looks I'd never where outside, just things too bold for my everyday life but it makes me so happy (I even take useless pictures of the looks). Things that are currently getting me by: snuggling my cats, Netflix documentaries, coloring mandalas and in my adult coloring book (which was a gift from a friend and is hilarious!), reading, playing games on my tablet, watching KRplus. I am a pharmacy technician so I have to go to work everyday during the week and itโs been stressful so I just want to relax.
I've been meditated lots, home workouts, getting outside when I can, reading, playing Animal Crossing, FaceTiming with so many of my family members and friends, and really taking this time to slow down and allow myself to sleep in!
Love you Tati and thank you for always being there for me during my toughest days. Today I felt so weak when I woke up and still had to work from home with zero motivation and energy. But I put this video on and feel that "I am not alone in this". Thanks again, and God bless you and your family! Stay safe.

My down feather pillows and silk pajamas make me the most comfortable. I've been using an extra cap full of Downy fabric softener in my washer. It just makes me happier to have really soft towels and sheets that smell amazing. I've had the time to really deep clean my house and having it so organized, all the clutter thrown out, no more junk drawer etc. has kept me busy plus makes me feel more relaxed and calm. I have also been painting my nails different colors here and there. A lot more than usual. I stay in my shower as long as I want. I just sit on my seat and let the steam ease my muscles. I've been using essential oils in my vaporizer as well as inside my shower. I learned a little trick. You can just use a soft body sponge and put a few drops of peppermint oil (my favorite) as well as a couple drops of lavender then sit it down in the shower floor as the water runs under the sponge and saturates it the oil vapors start rising up from the sponge and it's so relaxing. Plus peppermint oil has antibacterial properties when inhaled so it makes me feel like maybe I'm helping prevent myself from getting sick. Sitting outside when the sun's shining helps keep me from feeling too cooped up. I've been practicing different makeup looks. I started back at my makeup artist job a few months ago so it not only makes me feel better about myself when I have my makeup on, it's also good practice. Lavender has always been my favorite color, so purple is my favorite as well. It's just that very light wispy soothing shade of purple that has always captivated my attention whenever I see it anywhere on anything. A wall or flowers, lol if it's the color lavender my eyes will be fixed on it. Your giant crystal is gorgeous. Really appreciate how you approached the topic of taking medicine for mental illnesses. Iโve never really heard someone say โyou take the route that works for youโ and I think thatโs the perfect way to put it. It feels like people too often try to brag about not taking any medicine and dealing with mental illnesses the โhard wayโ
