For any stain, I always saturate it with blue Dawn dish soap, then cover that with baking soda. Let it sit for 24 hours and throw in the wash like normal. Iβve even gotten melted chapstick out of my clothes ππ»

I appreciate Tati will say "nope" to a product but then give an option in the same line or not. It's a refreshing balance not always found in makeup videos.
Tip for washing concealer and foundation from your clothes is good ol' shaving cream. Apply on the stain, leave for a few minutes, take a toothbrush, wet it (I always have one for this type of stuff) and brush it off. Do it again if needed. I removed a stain from white dress that survived two regular washes and it blew me away how good it is. I hope you see this and find it helpful. Love you

@@jennmillenn AquaNet works better than bleach, I've gotten mud paw prints out of white comforters with it. I don't really have a need to change to something that gets almost anything out of everything when I have something that gets, well, anything out of anything. @@taylorrosepole I'm actually "from" a couple of countries (I'm what you call third culture), but I currently live in France. I can get L'OrΓ©al, the Maybelline and the NYX, but some of the other brands I've not seen here.
OMG SAMEπππ the only brands that are available on my country are la colors and Revlon, and only a few basic products like the Revlon colorstay foundation(thank God cuz is my favorite foundation) and the la colors concealers and they're EXPENSIVE :(
@@abigailchorley8118 I must say, every time I visit Paris I am surprised at the lack of variety in makeup brands that are not in Sephora. At least we now have online shopping!
To get foundation out of pants or clothing in general its easier if you first soak it in cold water and then put it in the wash. It works well to get out my foundation but idk if it works with all the others β‘

I agree! Or I often will just wear a robe so I protect my shirt, too, but covering your legs with a towel also works great.

I found that the easiest way to remove foundation/concealer from clothes is to use a brush cleaner. My personal favorite is the Clinique makeup brush cleanser, all you do is spray the area with it and I use a makeup wipe to softy scrub. It comes right out and doesnβt damage your clothes at all.
Hey Tati! I know you used to work at Bare Minerals in your early youtube years, and I would love it if you would do a video testing a full face of Bare Minerals products. I feel like it is a brand that isn't talked about as much as it used to be.

Random, but last year I bought this expensive BM foundation and it was HORRIBLE. It was the worst foundation I ever bought.

I think we need to be a bit understanding on this though. I believe she has been on vacation for her wedding anniversary. Keep in mind that they had to delay the launch. Odds are her trip was already scheduled. While she could have filmed a βHow toβ video back then, it is also possible that she had to adjust her film schedule to make up for the delayed launch.

I totally agree. I love Tati, but most people are watching other youtubers "wing it," when the creator of the product herself, hasn't given an in-depth demo or tutorial. It would be really helpful for people to see in action a full- face demo from Tati herself to show how it was designed to be used, with her tips and tricks. If this were done before the launch, or shortly after, I think it would take away a lot of the guess-work and build more confidence in the consumer.

Itβs so crazy how different skin types react to foundations. I bought both the LβOrΓ©al Infallible and the Maybelline Dream Urban Cover because of Tati and neither worked for my super dry skin, but the Elf Flawless Finish is the best drugstore foundation I have tried on my skin!
I've noticed this too! I bought the elf camo concealer and it just looks extremely dry on me and dries down way too quick, I've debated on maybe trying out some stuff she doesn't like since it seems like my skin is just much different from hers
alexis danielle interesting about the Elf Camo Concealer- I havenβt tried it yet but wanted to. Have you tried the Elf flawless finish foundation? I also like the It Cosmetics Confidence in a Compact Foundation. It looks and feels so good on my dry skin but the SPF in it makes me break out because Iβm so sensitive.
@@laura8376 I havent yet but I'm definitely gonna keep it in mind! So far my favorite foundation I've come by is the ultra HD by makeupforever, I like the it cosmetics cc cream too, just not a fan of the shade range
I donβt have super dry skin but I also really love the ELF flawless finish. I use it almost daily and it lasts all day and it looks so lovely! Glad to see someone else agree

I've been suffering with anxiety and depression for almost 18 years it's not impossible it's possible to overcome your anxiety. Try and keep your mind busy. Speak kindly to yourself π This to shall pass. I know you're strong and you're going to get through this it may not seem like it but you will come out better and stronger than ever. Keep positive thoughts constantly in your mind that was the hardest thing with me but when you think positive positive things happen and that's the truth I experienced it myself but please believe that there is a cure for this and you're going to be okay I'm praying for you. To get stains out of clothes : Try hairspray, a little rubbing alcohol and dawn. Scrub together and let sit for a little bit. Then wash like normal.

Also a foam shaving cream works wonders too if youβre out of hairspray! Spray the foam on the spot, leave it for 10 mins, rub it in, leave for another 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, repeat 3 times... then wash normal.
I spilled an entire bottle of foundation on carpet THREE TIMES, and this has saved me every time. And I only tried it once on a shirt that was $200... and itβs good as new π

J I remember she did a review of the Besame cake mascara a couple years ago.
I don't have the money for Besame since I also would need to order it from abroad. However two of my friends from the UK (I'm part of the retro community on Instagram) are *in love* with all their lipsticks and the mascara seems to be great too.
It's vintage compatible and true to colours from the 20s to the 70s and good quality.

It's probably a vocal training thing: we were taught not to over enunciate that last g and when singing to rein in our "esssesss" because any extra emphasis makes it sound like a hiss.

I tried the elf satin finish for the first time yesterday and I fell in love with it! Itβs crazy how different products work for some and not for others.
Great video! I just wanted to say that I bought the Blendiful for my 45th birthday that was a couple days after the launch. I LOVE it! Iβm blown away by how fast I can get my face on and how little product I need. These give my makeup a beautiful finish and my makeup does not crease or breakup anywhere on my face!
