All silicones, silica, gluten and water that is not directly sourced from a underground mountain in Ireland. Fragrance, carbohydrates and unstable oxygen molecules. Hopefully that helps! Pacifica is seriously underrated. I got a Pacifica blush from ipsy forever ago and it's my absolute favorite.

I love their blush! It's so amazing and looks so natural on someone like me with a fair skin tone
I've been a Pacifica fan for years from their fragrances at first, then later I got into their eyeshadows and lippies. I want to try their skincare so much! The kale or the pineapple line bc I have oily-combo skin. They both have good reviews.

Thank you for reviewing the Pacifica brand. I agree it is so important to be mindful of what we use on our skin and take into our bodies. The foundation looked lovely on you, and even though very dewy in the end, you still looked so pretty. The blush was gorgeous.

Registered Vet Tech here and you can try Adaptil spray. It is a pheromone spray made from female dogs. It is supposed to make them feel relaxed and like they are back with their mothers. Sounds crazy but we have dogs come into the clinic shaking and drooling and freaking out. We spray some on a blanket or bandana for them and within 30 mins they are relaxed quiet in their kennels.
I use the feline version for my cats on vacations. Ill spray it in the bathroom of the hotel and within 10 mins they are sprinting around playing.
Would not rec. the collar or diffuser due to the unknown reliability with its length of useable time. Diffuser strength is based on the room size and ventilation and collars can dry out.
But I def rec. the product for any stressed out or anxious pets :D
