It is originally only a Volkswagen Audi engine, so it was not designed for a durability or performance. It was designed to save cost and wear out ASAP. Then the fool will buy a new one.

You should gold foil wrap the W12 intake manifold. Please.
Why do you say that like it's some sort of joke? Look under the engine bay of any race car not NASCAR and you'll find gold wrap on various parts that they don't want to get hot. Putting gold wrap on a stock NA engine of about 130 hp is sort of pointless but not really. You start making a ton of power an engine is going to create lots of heat.

I would guess that one of the cams is either completely ground flat from crappy oil, or the sprocket on the end of it is stripped or broken. That's the only way that one bank would completely lose compression while the other bank is still fine

mad props for trying save that car. I did the same for my merc, and I can tell you it feels good. everyone will tell you that cars with many problems is a no go, but finding one and build it up step by step feels really great, and sort of better than sex (compared to some of my dates anyways :P). so, go on, work that Bentley like there's no tomorrow. a lot of people worked their ass off to make that car happen, so it deserves some love.
