I did a tour of the Bentley factory at approximately the time this was made and as i recall the entire body and panels arrived in from Germany pre painted care of Audi VW. No painting of the Conti GT was done at Crewe.

@@alexthetic Lucky you! I have a 1998 E55 in black metallic and most of the original paint has come off! They didn't get their water based paint right initially, but they sorted it later. I also have a silver '99 CLK320 paint is crap on that one too!

Sounds like you misleading your viewers .You cannot buy Bentley for $11000. Even salvage title vehicle with an accident at insurance auction runs between 16-22 grand.

Bentley = Volkswagen Since 98
Jaguar = was Ford since about late 80ies and got sold to Tata? at least Indian car maker
Rage Rover / Land Rover = BMW
Rolls Royce (Brand) = BMW since 98 when RR/Bentley got split up. Not sold to neither BMW or Volkswagen was the RR Airplaine engines dept. for matters of national security.

It is pretty standard in the car world that the detail is the last thing you do before taking the car out to drive it. I had the same question all through the video. He showed us how, now tell us why.

Wow!!! I cant wait to detail my car using these techniques! I had no idea there were products for this type of detailing! I have seen auto paint on a microscopic level before and was aware of the peaks and valleys but I wasn't aware that there were products to use in order to hide those flaws! The guy from The Rag Company was awesome! Thanks Tavarish! My car is a black 06 Scion Xb. Its not a Bentley but I love it none the less and I can always tell the difference between a good car wash and a bad one. From now on, I wont be having so many bad ones!

Decoration suggestion: since your shop is still brand new and all the walls are still untouched, you could print and hang the logos of each KRplus channel that helped you on your projects. Could be a nicer thing to do instead of the usual lube or tool brand flags.

to remove sticky tape adhesive etc. a citrus based solvent that is great for degreasing, dewaxing and adhesive removal. Simply rub on and leave to dissolve and then lightly rub off. Have used on 20+ yr old labels that have dried on with good success. Takes all the picking and scraping out of it :)

Hey fellow detailer here! If you use this method be sure to turn your hand upwards as you wipe the paint, this way you don’t put the dirt you just picked up back into it, grinding the paint! Hope this helped!
