Tavarish, I have to tell you how proud I am of you and of your accomplishments with this amazing car.
I first found your channel and began following your story on the Lamborghini sometime last winter, I think it was shortly after the first of January, 2018.
At that time, you still had a long road ahead of you, to work out all of this car's many problems, many of which were quite complicated, in and of themselves, to repair.
Your subscribers numbered about 200,000 at that time, if I remember correctly.
That, alone is a huge accomplishment, but to see you having more than doubled your number of subscribers since then (if my recollection is right), is really thrilling.
I love the passion that you put into your work on your cars, your content production, and your channel development.
You are so good at outlining the work as it progresses step by step, and have become a great instructor along the way.
It takes a lot of courage and basically balls of steel, to tackle projects of this magnitude, and you do it with style and grace.
I enjoy the daylights out of your channel, and can hardly wait to see you complete the work on your Lamborghini.
Best of success to you, always!

    • @AIM54A

The bulkhead lock nut needs to be cut on the underside to accept an o-ring. Just squishing an oring in there will work for a short time until it extrudes out and you spray fuel all over the place.

    • @vallorahn

@@AIM54A Your correct he has 'basic' bulkhead fittings like for mounting to the firewall. He could 'convert' them to actually seal or buy something engineered for his application. ((Even if he had the correct locknut then the next possible leak would be the threads on the locknut. He was close when he said he would put loctite on the threads to keep the locknut on, he should be buying the loctite though to seal the locknut.)) But yeah good luck getting Tarvarish to read this stuff. I tried to tell him about his messed up AN fitting routines on the oil return line. aka No boys and girls you do not use teflon tape on AN fittings, and its the conical face which does the sealing... He also loves using adjustable wrenches on AN fittings, pretty sure that is ripe for distorting the poor alumnium fittings.

    • @weldchip
      @weldchip 5 년 전 +1

You seriously need to rethink the o-rings something is really wrong there. an fittings are a metal to metal fit! No seals. Also dump the ali an fittings they are notorious for work hardening and cracking in road applications. For a road car you need to be using plastic or steel fittings. Btw I know a little about these things. Look me up if you like Complete kit car magazine in-house builder.

Hey Tav, Don here from Montreal. Love the channel - keep up the good work! Been thinking about the roof problem... is it possible the system is sensing somehow the absence of the stock wing? Like maybe it needs to know the wing is in the flat position before the roof will open, but since yours isn’t there, it can’t sense that so it stops the opening process? Maybe look around in the engine bay wiring loom for plugs with nothing plugged into them and put a volt meter on them to see if they actuate during the opening process? Best of luck!

Since you have everything out, clean up all your wiring with wrap and looms. Also, clean all the metal, degrease and install dyno mat. It will prevent rattling interior noise and heat from that motor and trans. Keep up the good work bro.

Tavarish- this is your hairdresser. I couldn't get you via phone.
Just to let you know your eyebrow sculpting appointment will be cancelled due to staff shortage in our salon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
P.S. your sack bleaching appointment is at 5pm as scheduled.

Logan Dean far from it. I rather say Goonzquads the goat since they’ve completed 4 cars and a garage build.
