The transmission probably does not fit, i think in the ferrari it is it the opposite side of the engine
Meh. I'd take a Ferrari engine and put into a Lamborghini. THAT, would piss off far more people than you could possibly piss off with the reverse. Trust me on this.

From what I've heard about how pissy Ferrari gets when you modify their cars I think a lambo engine swap should DEFINITELY happen. They'd probably try and sue him 😂
If he had a coyote engine lying around, that'd really mess with the purists.
The lambo engine in a Ferrari, would be the ultimate insult for the ferrari fan boys. Oh the drama that will happen. Need more popcorn. DRAMAAAAA!!

@flexfinder I do not think it's even close to fitting the lambo engine. But I would like to see that too..
Need a nice metal lathe, a micrometer and a Grainger catalog for that Audi.
And someone that knows how to use it.
Personally I'd weld the shaft and remachine, rather than looking for a different bearing, that said, if the part is available it's going to be better to get a new one.
I get nervous on machining the weld down. The weld hardness will not be as high most likely as the shaft. Plus Welding affects the temper of the steel. Machining down you will lose some strength from overall diameter change, but You shouldn't have to take it down too far to find a bearing that will fit.
It’s actually really simple, if you’re a machinist. I fix parts like that shaft very regularly. You would turn a small amount off the original surface, make a press fit bushing, press it on and then turn it to your desired diameter.
@@buckeyebullet9838 That sounds solid. I only do shade tree stuff but do pay attention when I take parts in so i can try it at home.

My 2003 Honda Accord V6 that I full send every day: almost 200K and still runs great!
And it will keep doing it when the Audi breaks again

That Bentley engine removal was a huge job, glad you had help installing the new motor.
I also suggest you sell off the dud motors and keep the accumulated junk down. But keep the Lambo motor and do something sacrilegious like put it in the stretch civic.
