Several of The Office co-stars are interns at Conan O'Brien's Late Night shows like John Krasinski, Angela Kinsey, Mindy Kaling etc. Even the writer Greg Daniels once worked with Conan. So yeah Conan does indirectly have something to do with The Office.
Jordan's reactions when conan first goes in are straight out of a suspect interrogation from an episode of law & order. Poorly feigned ignorance and avoiding eye contact, and then once he knows he's blown, he changes gears and meets his conan's gaze head on with the icy stare of a man resolute in his own righteousness.

I love how much genuine laughter is coming from the staff. I'm sure Conan can be a shrewd, tough businessman when he needs to be. But that fact that no one seems AFRAID of him or NERVOUS around him suggests that he probably a really nice person.
Anybody who has ever talks about Conan only has good things to say about him. He personally paid the salaries of like 80 of his staff members during the WGA strike in 2007. He is just a genuine guy who likes entertaining people.
