These guys are easily the most brilliant songwriters I know of. Their lyrics are profound, heartfelt, an carry such intense feeling and depth. I am blown away with every line.
This was mine and my cousin's favorite La Dispute song. We saw them once in Chicago and they played this song as an encore. It was such a bonding experience because we loved this band and this song came on and it was an encore even!! I'll never forget the feeling I had when the the intro to the song started playing and the way my cousin looked at me unable to hide his gap-filled, yellow teeth with his lips. I love you, Wes. Its so pure and raw and the vibe is incredible. Completely different to any other performance I have seen, but also the best live music I have ever heard.
