This was the best way this joke could have gone. There was so much preamble to the obvious punchline of Shayne pretending to nut after the La Croix exploded, so when it didn't, the utter surprise that the premise of the bit wasn't realized was funnier than the regular punchline would have been after all that. Shayne's reaction of confused, concerned, and tickled was just the cherry on top.

I remember Delman wrote an article about how she made him propose multiple time in public places for free shit and said no in public once. Also the podcast has so many strange vibes I probably will get shit on at the mere speculation she may have been incredibly toxic.
