2 members of The boyz are on hiatus due to health issues (eric and sunwoo). IST entertainment overworked The boyz since the start of the The B-zone world tour in May 2022 they haven't gotten proper rest/have fatigue/ not eating properly.
When the boyz were under their original agency "Cre.Ker ent" they never had the problems they had now at IST ent

I’m amazed at the way Creker distributes screen time and lines to every member. The distribution is just so good. Every member gets to shine and show what they’re best at, whether it’s singing or dancing or visual. And there’s so many different scenes in this mv that you can’t help but watch more than once. The budget seemed high for this one and I’m loving it. The Boyz are in good hands

The management and artistic team are top tier and Creker is very well funded. There are many one-group companies in the past and present of kpop who flop because of money problems and/or shoddy management.

As a 3 year old Deobi I have seen them grow tremendously. Well they do have connections to work with such good people. And abt the management their company is pretty decent and take care of them well so no complaints on that

I'm happy that Chanhee is now finally getting the amount of lines he deserve. Like he's voice is so underrated when it comes to their songs, he mostly got more lines with their bsides, but to this oh yes frick! Ofc he's getting a lot of screen time. You know, I checked out TBZ because of Juyeon's dancing in the Kingdom collab stage and because I found their reaction to Sunwoo's rapping in Full Dash adorable.
Juyeon is one of my fave members since he's so talented and interesting. I really enjoy his Walking with Juyeon series and how he makes the members comfortable there.
