I can't forget the *HUGE* impression Sangyeon left on me, when he was charged with ordering lunch for The B0YZ, by himself and based on what he knew each member liked to eat.
Everyone, save for two members who ran down to the convenience store for their meals, was pleased that their leader took such good care of them and fed them well. He did that, without a whole lot of fanfare, yet I remember that moment so vividly. Me: Adds crispy baguette to grocery list!

THAT'S IT. yeah that's what I noticed too. Sangyeon said that he just go with the flow with other members even though he's the leader he didn't strict them with anything. I think him being just "go with the flow" makes him underappreciated by deobis/audience because he doesn't talk that much, he doesn't do anything that makes him noticeable.
I honestly just became a deobi few months ago but I swear the first members that really got my attention is Q, Hyunjae and Sangyeon and they're all my bias.
I hope people especially deobis would appreciate Sangyeon more because he's such an adorable normal guy. He's a great singer and girl look at his built. I mean I would die if one day he showed us his abs 🤤😭.

When I started getting into The Boyz, Sangyeon really just jumped out as my favorite immediately. It was a combination of his lovely voice and his personality, and this interview just reaffirms that. it's not about he's the older one int he group but i think they chose sangyeon as a leader because of his mature thoughts and just being simple to face things. he doesn't take serious problems as something that will pushed them down but as a positive things so the good will come to them. i'm on that soft spot where he loves his members more than anything and keep them together so the members could rely themself on him too. Sangyeon is such a soft and sweet leader. At first, maybe he looks cold to you on the outside, but he's really not. He's very soft on the inside and I really admire that.
