My theory on why Vision isn't trapped in Wanda's reality freezing spell (I know it's technically not a spell, but bear with me) is because all of Wanda's abilities and power came from the mind stone same as her brother when they were in Sokovia, but Vision has that very mind stone embedded into his forehead, and that's where his power comes from. What I'm getting at is Vision, with the mind stone, can counter the abilities of Wanda's reality freezing spell and most likely plenty of other abilities. It has, in my theory, a very close similarity to the relationship between Spider-Man and Venom. If you don't know, Venom, when bonded to Spidey, adopted his memories and abilities like web-shooting and spider-sense, and is now able to counter Spidey's spider-sense, rendering himself completely invisible and invulnerable to Spider-Man's radar, which is why Venom is such a formidable opponent to Spidey. You could, of course, bring up the point where in Civil War, Wanda was able to trap Vision and in Infinity War, destroy the mind stone, but I think, yes, of course Wanda could probably do some real damage to the stone, but I don't think her power can take on every part of the mind stone, seeing as it gifted Wanda her power and is most likely more powerful. Bringing up the thing with Venom and Spider-Man, Venom may have some weaknesses (really just fire and loud noises), but he is technically more powerful than Spider-Man, and I think the same concept applies to Wanda and Vision.

And it might lead us to 'Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness' when Vision will escape the Wanda's reality...............

@Luigi Forte He's still incredibly powerful. Dr Strange could put up a strong 1v1 fight vs Infinity Gauntlet Thanos without using the Time Stone. If anything Dr Strange is one of the strongest MCU heroes.

OK NOW IMAGINE THIS:
Agnes who is frozen inside her car gets noticed by the vision, vision who seemingly knows who Agnes is because it's their nosy neighbor unfreezes her, and she starts channeling different types of emotions, gestures, and phrases that she is supposed to be doing in Wanda's reality, for example, her "Halloween witch cackle". Vision obviously knows that Agnes is going on a Halloween party. Soon, Agnes starts coming to her senses and asks him "am I dead?" and probably starts to worry a lot of things but vision calms her down and says "no, why would you think that?" and then she looks at him blankly and says "because you are". Vision who is in a state of ShOck wonders what she's talking about and asks her what does she mean by that and soon Agnes starts telling him that this reality Wanda made was for him to be alive and live happily ever after with Wanda. And then shit gets real...

I think vision changed himself without wanda’s help, since I think vision can change his own appearance, and Wanda can’t change how someone can look. Unless she made people think that’s how he looks
