Insurances web is a very organized dictatorship that rules your health and well being. Cardiac surgeries are unbelievably high compensated, so health facilities just love patients with heart issues, bc they make tons of money. To keep that revenue going, people have to be heart sick- it is clear which industry does that-food industry where food is packed with sugar and salt, such perfect cocktail for heart disease. The only countries doing poorly with the pandemic are the ones that have done things too late or continue to not do anything at all...and the US is the best (worst?) example of that.

In most cases its just for a day. I have a regular job but at elections work the polls. I opt out of the two last local elections due to overwhelming changes caused by covid. It was hard to just run the regular poles with lots of people. Now with covid and the precautions I didnt want to risk it. If it doesn't get better by November then i will skip that one also. I will definately void though.

Avoid sugar and sweets as much as possible because at hour 16 you'll feel terrible, double up on or bring extra of any healthy foods, muscle rubs, hand sanitizer, pens you don't need to share, headache/muscle medications (Tylenol,Midol,Advil), heat pads electrical/microwaveable, donut or cushion to sit on, layer your clothing in order to adapt to heat and/or cold and also bring something to pass time in case of slow periods (which you may not need) and wear comfortable shoes and bring extra socks that will keep your blood flowing to avoid swelling in your ankles. It's a lot of work for little pay and few thanks. So thank you in advance for participating in our democracy.

Where are you located? In Virginia if you can get a test, it takes 5 days for results, but that's if you can get a test. Testing can't be used as a safety measure also because it cost almost $100 per test. Ridiculous
