Hi, it's me, an electrical Engineer! Thank you for actually using power, open air impedance and charge rather than just voltage. Other theorists have been bamboozled by this. If you want to disable a robot like this, you just need electrostatic discharge. The fuse wouldn't protect it from transient voltage spikes.

he means, that if your heart stopped it can be restarted within a maximum of an nearly an hour, but for a shock that strong, any CPR or electric shock wouldn't work. as your heart stopped and can't be restarted even you send enough blood to the brain
