Fun fact supernova's are not as dangerous as people think. They're dangerous because it's an explosion made from incredibly big objects that will produce incredibly hot shockwaves and probably spew dense star matter at whatever is close enough to it. The problem is even if our Sun at it's current mass were to go supernova, the amount of energy it'll generate is unlikely to even destroy our planet but we're close enough that the shockwave will scorch the surface facing the sun.
A supernova is deadly depending on how big the object exploding is. Assuming even with our Sun's mass not being enough to destroy our planet, a ball roughly 15 times the size of Mew (just a visual estimate) who's canon height is 1 foot 4 inches means that Genesis Supernova is a measly 20 feet in diameter. It would probably not generate enough force to level a city let alone an entire planet.

Just a quick back-of-the-envelope calculation using the info on the smallest theoretical supernova I could find (10^44 J at roughly 1.44 M_☉) still nets over 10^19 J for one 15 * the size of Mew. That's about 200 times the energy of the Tzar Bomba. I'm _pretty sure_ that that can level a city…

I'm also impressed at how he didn't even mention the fact that reshiram has the blue flare move. Which is basically a HUGE beam of blue fire (which is always hotter than even white fire) burning at temperatures up to 5260 K (4990 °C/9010 °F), which could easily be more devastating than hail in my point of view, since it could possibly cause massive damage towards the weather, pressure and depending on where it is took, even the ozone layer (where it'd be even hotter)

As someone else pointed out on another comment, the space one would just create wormholes,which are unstable and fall apart in very little time,not much damage. The time one would speed up it slow down time in that near by area but still wouldn't be all to dangerous

I don't think that was why, I think it's more like, in the games and even in the movies, these two moves only really affect small targets. Palkia's abilities over Space are relatively small, when exercised. Sure, there is potential for absolute decimation, but you have to remember that he's working with the given example of what it does, and Spacial Rend, at worst, would create a portal to the Distortion World (See Shaymin and Giratina movie), and even then, Palkia shuts it up pretty quickly.
Roar of Time is also potentially devastating, but Dialga has been shown to only be able to destroy whatever comes into direct contact with the move. Technically speaking, you would have to combine both Spacial Rend AND Roar of Time to effectively wipe out the world, as Spacial Rend would be able to carry Roar of Time across a larger space (a la Spear Pillar incident).
Both Palkia and Dialga are actually very intelligent, and they know the consequences of their abilities VERY well (if you have played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon of Darkness and Time), hence they control them extremely tightly. Solgaleo is technically a new pokemon, and has no such control, leading to his Black Hole Eclipse being totally uncontrolled and wrecking everything.
IDK if that answers your question, but that's my guess.
TL DR: Solgaleo is a toddler, while Palkia and Dialga are like, 50 years old and have more control.

Well,in the Pokemon Movie which had Darkrai K.O. Dialga and Palkia by using Dark Void,they were tearing both space and time apart just by ramming into each other.SO..... does that mean that the strongest Pokemon move in the history of Pokemon is TACKLE?!

@@planofattack6830 actually in the movie rise of darkrai when Dialgia and Palkia fought an entire TOWN started to disintegrate.. INTO NOTHING. And Palkia being the embodiment of SPACE can EASILY tamper with it. He transported that town into his dimension to heal. So yes those two moves are incredibly devastating on their own. If spacial rend were to say hit a large city....bloop. gone if palkia willed it.

The thing is, gravity affect both time and space quite strongly actually. So, actually... you could prolly neutralize a Roar of Time using the Black Hole

Well, since time = space, that's kind of what a black hole does, too. Black holes quite literally bend the fabric of spacetime. As far as I'm aware, the only two ways to affect spacetime are through velocity and gravity. Since black holes do it through their gravity, I'd have to imagine that Roar of Time somehow involves velocity, otherwise they'd essentially be the same move, although I'm not exactly sure how to tear the universe apart with speed. Maybe it summons Sonic?

However, it's hard to calculate the damage it'd cause, since we don't understand how those work. Still Justin could have elaborated more on them.
