I’d say sudowoodo looks like a wood type, but right when the thought went in my head… I realized wood type doesn’t exist.
All you did was calculate the average pokémon
You need to be checking the percentages of each data point rather than the total since the total is heavily influenced by the average pokémon
If there's like 50 tall pokémon and 500 average sized pokémon and he selects 20 of the tall pokémon yet 100 of the average sized pokémon, based on your approach you deduce he prefers average sized pokémon despite the smash percentage for taller pokémon being higher. He just didn't have enough to choose from
Also the pokémon's type, attack, defense and things like that shouldn't be looked at as his choices were purely visual

Objection! Mark was not looking at the data and so had no idea of the real height and weight of the Pokémon. Rather he picked Pokémon that are shaped long and lean a lot which on a human would translate to tall. That is entirely consistent with Mark’s prior statements of liking height.
