Dude, I tried it, and its the beat recipe.I used a boiled potato, added cheese, sour cream, little bit of garlic, onion, salt and boiled potato. It turned really nice and it tastes like mac’n cheese mixed with boiled potato and sour cream with onions.

12/10 This is the best baked potato ive ever had in my life right after the one from texas roudhouse the heavy cream makes it so good and the mozzerella and cheddar go so well togethor and the chives level up all the flavours serously the only downside is that i didnt make more of it lol
@Nilanjasa I'd say more like 7-8 minutes depending on this size of the potato unless it's a really big potato the should be fine, it takes a lot longer to cook in the microwave then you might think because the heat has to get to the middle of it
Microwave potatoes is a life saver. Saves so much time without sacrificing flavour. Stab it a lot properly all over or some parts of it will pop and explode.
You can do the same but mix the potato with mozzarella cheese mayo and pickles( preferably arabic style pickles) and a lot of butter and you'll get a verrrrry delicious kumpir which is a turkish dish and they add more toppings but this is how i like it and it is fast to make it this way ....
