In this episode we test the Rainbow Six Siege Blitz Shield thats BRIGHTER THAN THE SUN. We'll see if it's actually useful for an airsoft match, we'll test it using real weapons, and we'll be seeing how useful it is in a pitch dark forest. Let's hope we don't run into anything... Using the shield in a CQC (close quarters combat) indoors environment would make the flash more effective as opposed to using it in a large field where it would be diluted by the sunlight.

a bunch of iguanas with internet acces yeah that’s the way it is meant to be used in the game. Also if you try to flash someone in the game from far away it won’t work.
jacksquare21 The shield is used for close quarters combat inside a building. So if I were to test it I would want the best results I can get and that’s why you would use it in CQC.
Also, someone who is in the gsg 9 can probably hold it for a long time and,pretty easily. Since the gsg 9 is a special ops group with only a select number of people.
yeah you really need to be a spec ops guy to hold a 20kg shield for some time, lol.

Well because the shield only works in a team. One teammate covers with the shield the other teammates lay down fire. We already tested that on our local airsoft field. And we do have giant germans.
Shields are entry devices and have absolutely no other purpose to serve other than being an entry and clearing device.
Real shields weigh so much unless you get a shield rated for pistol calibers only, it's going to take two hands to use.
Shields have 0 practicality outside of SWAT use.

The breaching rounds are really complicated I tried to come up with a way to make them and I almost died of thinking too hard
If we’re being honest most of those are unrealistic alibi is a hologram and docs stun pistol is just a tranquilliser gun that has medicine instead of tranquillisers

it burns at 4,000 Celsius i think.. thats a fuck ton.. too much to be safe i guess. also according to google it needs 3000 Celsius to get it to even start burning in the first place. so thats gonna be really difficult

the shield would probably be fiberglass or carbon fiber....ideally carbon nanotubes....which can be can be repaired after being damaged. Idk what the company was but they were making carbon nanotube plate armor that could be repaired.....I think they were Italian

The Blitz shield has made to close combat, i suppose.
A similar shield is used on sieges of swats.
In general, hand shields are made of lightweight materials, such as kevlar, especially to resist gunshots, and smaller calibers. but whoever wears it, only fulfills that function.
Heavy shields have wheels, because the materials with which it is made (metal alloy plates, and ceramic, if I'm not mistaken, apart from the kevlar

A sledge hammer or any other type of weapon.
i made one out of a hard plastic for airsoft. very very effective in airsoft since it's pretty light.
