I feel like it'd almost be better to *not* be a world class athlete because they get stuck into the mindset of "I should move the way I normally do" whereas a non-athlete would just try and figure out how it works first and go off of feel and intuition rather than experience.
@@StormTheSquid That theory has so much truth to it, back in 2014 when I was in the walk on line for American Ninja Warrior a Segway tour was going by the street in St Louis, they stopped to see the course being set up and asked the walk ons if we wanted to try driving one, I gave it a try but it was so out of my mindset at that point driving forward I had to fight back the urge to try to launch forwards off of it to land a fall that wasn't happening. I actually really like the piloting system. While they could (and most do) create a more user friendly interface, they elected to use one that gives you more raw control, which makes it harder to learn, but so much more worth it when you do. You really feel part of something
it's also very impractical, clunky, and rather useless. just automate the four legged running.
