Lose grip on handles (saved you so much) 5. Last but not the least, This video really shows how the R6 becomes a beast over 10k RPM and is so tamed under that. Loved the video!!! @Uk PRISON LIFE r1 if it's your daily, r6 for a weekend warrior. The r6 has more of a bent-over supersport position (like the ninja 300), and the r1 is a bit more upright (like the ninja 650). Although I cannot ride either bike at the moment (live in Australia, can't ride anything over 660cc or over a power:weight ratio), my mate used to daily his r6 and he said never again.
Actually that was the worst part of the entire video. Redlining the engine pointlessly and making it scream isn't something anyone wants to hear. It just sounds obnoxious. Much better to hear it running its tune while being ridden

@@khanaksharma4923599cc more specifically. However, cc doesn’t determine the hp of a motorcycle its the amount of cylinders and the rpms. You can have a cbr650f which is also an inline 4 but only makes 87hp vs 118 because it doesn’t rev to 16,500 and instead 11,000. Same with the cruiser that have over 1600cc but only make 50hp but alot of torque.

I shifted across in traffic to let an R6 through. He thanked me by dipping the clutch and revving his bike, almost rattled loose my teeth fillings. I decided then that I needed an R6. I'd always been a mountain biker, I love the silence of a trail. I still love the silence but now I also love the noise.
Well, in my opinion, that's how reviews should be done, you don't need to say much, just let the bike do the talking...and the sound of the R6 says it all :-) thanks for the great vid bro, watching you rip like this got my adrenalin pumping!
your downshifts are very smooth ! ive seen some dudes on track days that doesnt even know how to properly rev match. Let alone trail braking while doing so.

This helped me make my decision that this will be my starter bike, the power band doesn’t come on until like 8k rpm I’ll baby it and short shift until I’m ready for the beast of an r6

This must the equivalent of owning a Lamborghini in the USA if your in India. Compared to Bajaj mopeds and royal enfields this thing must seem like an exotic rocket.
This is Indonesia not in India so... Anyway a base lamborghini aventador costs $800k here and this paticular R6 is $16k so you know how filthy rich these people are. Oyea and a Panigale V4s costs $100k.
That route from margonda to tb sjmatupang was my route back then during university, dude that road was bumpy as hell for a high speed. But you are an experienced rider as well as with a nice r6.
