James Catches Staffer Wearing Earplugs During Monologue

People who don't watch this show regularly don't get it. James is the only show I watch that incorporates his staff regularly into the monologue. He allows the people who work so hard behind the scenes in his show to get some of the airtime. This could genuinely help them get jobs once his show is over. Even after so many pandemic restrictions on late night have been lifted he still keeps up this wonderful family show environment. Sure, carpool karaoke is fun. But I won't miss it when he's done taping like I will the monologues. Not even 1% as much.

I'm down for the 73 hour broadcast! Do it for a charity event guys.. that would help out and get James out on a very high note.

PLEASE do the 72 hrs and 19 min talk show!! I would hold mega-bake sales to be able to fly out there and get in the audience! 🎂🍪 You'll have to throw in all the bells & whistles: carpool/desk karaoke, crosswalk concerts, crosswalk musicals -- the list goes on and on! It would be fantastic and so much fun to watch James "get punchy"! 😆

The thing about going for 4 days straight is he can have so many guests come out and they have literally no time frame where they can end the interview. They literally can just talk for hours and if they get off subject then that will even waste more time

as someone who lost about 45lbs between 2019 and 2021 I can guarantee anyone who doesn't know there are two very different lives for people in shape and people who aren't. it's not cool, it's not always fair but it's undeniably true
yes, taking it off in public costs you high society points (never had any so who cares) but it's still a better feeling than standing at a public fountain during a heatwave thinking "i wish i could but i can't" or constantly checking how your shirt is falling, avoiding headwinds on the bike, hating on awesome materials and styles because YOU can't wear them OR in this example never walking down a public road w/o a shirt because it just feels good

Guiness Record Ideas. Get long time fans of the show to see if they can stay awake with James. But having said that, check medically if its okay to be awake that long, apparently you start hallucinating after a while. James' kids can be nearby because its 4 days awake and then 4 days asleep so his family will miss him. Ah can you imagine the Segment with his parents. Reliving special moments. But can you imagine the music Steve could come up with. Ben could make appearances on the show in a Tribute Section. Each of the Staffers could give their tributes on working on the show and that could be edited for the normal CBS show. Get Tom Cruise to do bits, flip he is funny! All the guests that love James that want to come say goodbye could do a tribute, that again will be edited it for the CBS show.

You will be a lot more than punchy! Seriously, you would regret it. I am not sure it would be good for your health. Rob, don't let him do it. 🤪😨(But if you do it though, have Tom Cruise on, lol.
