I never noticed - nice catch! When Kevin looks at the camera right after that is one of my favorite Kevin moments. The look he gives perfectly communicates what he says in next scene.
One of my favorite scenes for Kevin is the vending machine where holly helps him and they find a button with his coins. I can’t stop laughing for that scene.

If you watch the bloopers where he kept laughing, his other takes start off very soft and relaxed, or slow and quiet as is Kevin's usual way of talking. But his hard-out-the-gate statement following that scene is so perfect, showing off how impulsive Kevin can be and how strongly he can feel about something.
