@@pantherman691 A lot of people miss the original design. I mean, I like the design TPC’s been using for merch in recent years with the very large rounded head, and I’m certainly fine with the standard Pikachu’s more rectangular shape, but there’s something about the big round classic Pika that brings a particular joy and cuteness. (That said, I get why they went for slimmer and taller, given designers have mentioned the anime specifically for the design change - it’s clearly a lot easier for the action shots you need when it’s the central Pokemon of that series.)
It’s been a bit of a meme for a few years (I remember seeing ‘Gamefreak’s asleep, post fat Pikachu’ and the like for a while,) so it’s also fun to see canon acknowledgement of the original with that in mind.
I liked this video for the OG chubby Pikachu...minus his ugly tail. I wish there was just a Galarian-form Pikachu or whatever the next region-form Pikachu. He's all reddish here from the gigadynamax and it's not cute. The next region will be so much better and I'll wait until then.

Ok, so I found 2 Orbeetle VMAX cards. One regular, one rainbow. I found a Zarude V card. I also found an Aegislash VMAX card in rainbow. I still have not found a Pikachu VMAX card. Odd. 🤷♀️
You would think they would see how popular Yugioh Duel Links is, with over 50 million downloads and release a card game app?
They have had one for for a few years now on pc/tablets called pokemon trading card game online or ptcgo for short

This is kinda off topic but I really wish that for jigglypuff's dynamax she would do her voiceline from smash
If they do this, they have to make different voicelines for each region. Not all countries say "Jigglypuff" or "Purin".
