It shattered my heart when she said she would tell her kids about meeting Stevie Nicks 😞 what comforts me is that she lived her life to the fullest, had a career that lasted 29 years, acted, danced, recorded her own songs, went to a million interviews, and it's all available for her son to watch whenever he wants. She was an icon, and never failed to deliver all the talent that she had 🧡

I totally know what you mean and I hate to admit that she's gone too. She was a bright talent taken way too soon and encouraged people stepping out of their comfort zone. She left a mark on my life and will always be with me. Rest in peace, Naya. Thank you for everything.

I always felt like she understood the gravity of her storyline and advocated for the LGBT community with empathy and grace on and off screen. Naya had a huge impact on a lot of people in a very short amount of time. Too short though... already missed. 💔

Naya's right. Ppl take it there. I live in a Latino populated area & used to have a 98-year-old neighbor who taught me Spanish. We watched glee together. She was my adopted Abuelita, and was like "Abuela", AFTER she came around-she didn't agree with Brittannia, but she never stopped loving me. "Família es todo importante", she said. She passed two years ago.
My new Latino neighbors aren't so open-minded. They had no problems with my glee DVDs, but now, they've heard me crying over NAYA, and made the connection that she portrayed a Latina* lesbian, and stopped talking to me. It's sad. Naya saved lives, and Chris did too. RIP💝
