      Yes a total class act who Eye poked his opponent 6 times in 5 rounds including 2 detached retinas and a cornea tear, then pressured him into doing a fight while he was working as a fire fighter in Ohio that was locked down. All while trying to keep the UFC‘s revenue private so it wouldn’t have to pay out more money to the smaller fighters while he reeks in championship dollars and talks crap about the younger fighters who lose money and get brain damage for $10,000 a fight.
      DC might have been a class act, he is now a UFC man through and through and his forgotten about the little fighter, and John Jones really rubbed off on him because he needed to I gouge to win his fight to be crowned the so-called double champ even though John Jones knocked him out and he inherited the belt.
      If it wasn’t for him being such a powerful figure in the UFC and towing the company line so often, these commentators would be honest about his performance against Stipe they were a black mark on his record and an embarrassment including three career altering injuries to his opponent Who is actually a class act a full-time firefighter who is the greatest heavyweight champion of all time and never brags about himself or even makes excuses and it forces us fans do you have to tell the truth.
      I appreciate the fact he is now saying Stipe is the greatest heavyweight, but I much rather him not try to rip his eyes out when he fights him. I really can’t blame him though, DC had no chance outside of trying to go for his eyes. Stipe annihilated Francis Ngannou who is the most terrifying heavyweight we have ever had and literally looks like two Daniel Cormier’s Who hits like two Mike Tyson‘s.

      @@The_0G_Chad You wrote a whole book in the comment section. Maybe you should get it published?

    • @The_0G_Chad
      @The_0G_Chad 3 년 전

      Liam Foster Just like Cain Velasquez who DC says is the same as him but bigger and better in every way destroyed him correct? No a younger DC would not destroy Francis Ngannou. Francis is much too large for DC to wrestle. DC is an incredible wrestler but he relies on the single leg, and what is the single leg susceptible to? Oh that’s right the uppercut the same short uppercut that knocked out Cain Velasquez when he tried.
      DC is much too small for Francis. Francis walks around 290 pounds and it’s not a Brock Lesnar stiff 290 pounds it’s an Springy fast 290. The only reason Stipe could wrestle him was because Stipe has an amazing blast double that DC does not.
      Sorry I know it’s a popular belief in weekend warrior circles that DC would simply wrestle him in size doesn’t matter. But wrestling is as complicated as striking and DC does not wrestle people as much as he single legs them. He has the best single leg in history and he has no blast double at all. And that is the only thing that allowed Stipe to survive.

    • @The_0G_Chad
      @The_0G_Chad 3 년 전 +2

      riley garcia Wow sick burn. my point still stands, iron eyed Stipe with one eye and after a year of not fighting body punched DC 14 times in a row and sucked the will right out of him. And in the first fight Stipe was dominating him for three minutes until he was eye gouged three times in a row, blinded and then hit with a punch he didn’t see.
      “Wow you wrote a novel bro”- doesn’t refute any of these facts.

Stipe was already the best ever. The freaking goat 🐐 and Danny brought Stipe's game up. Cuz Danny's one of the best ever and so well rounded and a smart fighter. The problem with UFC pay is a unique problem. I don't know how they get around this but in layman's terms there's a law in the United States that says you can't both be the soul proprietor of a championship and have the athletes competing for that championship under contract exclusively. take boxing for example there are multiple different promoters which the UFC is but the championship is not a promoter-based championship it's a worldwide championship that promoters put on fights for the UFC is the promoter and the championship body I'm explaining this terribly but technically the UFC should not be able to operate the way they are But of course lobbying.

    • @blist8329
      @blist8329 3 년 전

      An example would be like fighting for the world heavyweight championship (boxing) on dazone. The promoter is dazone while the owner of the championship would be WBO. But of course because of political lobbying the UFC and bellator somehow have exemptions from this law. It basically came down to this you either wanted to be viewed as one of the top fighters in the world and you joined the UFC or you wanted to make more money than just your fight check AKA in ring fighter sponsorships. For most fighters in ring sponsorships get them more money than winning a fight unless you're extremely popular or highly ranked
