Packers are as likely to "implode" as the Patriots are. This was a silly thing to say. Those two teams are metronomes and have been for two decades. And its at least partially because they are both fiscally responsible and think of BOTH the present and the future when making their moves. The Packers may not have gotten too much better this off season (debatable since they have a very young team that all gained a year of experience and they improved their coaching staff), but they also didn't get too much worse (except on offensive line). Meanwhile, they solidified their QB, RB, and TE positions with talent. AJ Dillon may end up being one of the best picks in this ENTIRE DRAFT. Injuries happen, and teams that don't have a plan for that are FAILURES in this league.

Both teams operate VERY differently than any other NFL team and even different than each other. (GB relies on youth and NE relies on veteran role players) and yes both are conservative financially. Sean Winter is my new found brother.
