The protocols he broke was he was at a former teammates house. Players aren’t allowed to be in the houses of other people who aren’t family unless there’s a very good reason. The other protocol he broke is players aren’t allowed to rideshare. He was in an Uber with teammate Lynden Dunn who I believe did his ACL a while ago and is still a few months from being 100%

When a player kicks 100 goals in a season everybody in the crowd runs out onto the ground and surrounds them. Usually the players form a shield around the goal kicker to protect them from the crowd lol.

It's mid winter here in Australia (opposite of those of you in the Northerm Hemisphere).
He was mongrel drunk during the season ;which is against his own clubs guidelines.
He breached the Sport's Covid-19 rules (putting the whole competition at risk, and in the eye of government health authorities which could kill the season in an instant) and had to be escorted home by police the next morning (which brings his club and sport into disrepute).
He was lucky to only get 4 weeks.
If he was a lesser player from a smaller team, he would have copped anything from 8 weeks to a full season ban.
