I got to do the super flush for new Yankee stadium back in February of 08 when I was in middle school. My dad is a plumbler in the union and they got a few locals out with their families to do it on a Saturday. Pretty much just spread out, pick a toilet, flush when they call over the radio. Wait a bit for them to calibrate the pressure and repeat. Was pretty cool getting to walk around the new stadium before most people. Only thing we couldn't do was go on the feild because they wanted to save that honor for the players that season. Funny enough I'm a Mets fan too 😂

When M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore opened, they did the "Mass flush" thing as like a radio advertisement/promotional event. They promoted tickets to come tour the stadium and take part in the mass flush.

I imagine the mega flush test was inspired by the fact that if you did that at the Oakland Colosseum, it would flood the baseball clubhouses.

Years ago, long before my time, a stadium opened up in Davenport IA to host the local hockey team, and they brought in all the local kids out of city schools to do a free-skate once it was completed. They then used all the kids to help do this "flush" test... and that is how Davenport found the possibly thousand+ bodies needed to manually operate the sinks and flush all the toilets, simultaneously, to perform this test!

It could be possible that the stadium has a coating that reflects infrared light even though it looks black. That would save immensely on energy costs.
Or the exterior is actually a shell and doesn't touch the actual exterior wall so heat isn't conducted directly into the building.

Was driving thru Indiana for the first time last year in May. It rained and it hailed and there were severe thunderstorms and a tornado warning. Then a ton of fog. Legitimately as soon as I got to Ohio it stopped. Indiana's weather is WHACKED.

I was there with a few friends at the Stadium that night for the last 2015 Preseason game against the Bengals. A real exciting 6-3 Colts loss. lol We didn't know a bolt fell from the roof until the next day.
