Yea there's something wrong with that number. You need atleast 3% to have enough essential fat for vital organs. Typically NFL athletes will never be as low as 3%... more like 6 to 15%. The only athletes who ever purposely get down to a number like 3% are body builders the day of competition and that is not sustainable. There is no athletic benefit to have such little body fat even for ultra-endurance athletes. I'd bet anything Tyreek Hill walks around at atleast 5%, probably higher.
