Could something like the Bundesliga’s 50+1 Model could work in the USA? This is where a certain percentage of the team has been owned by the fans? Fans can buy shares in the team and they can get important insider info and they can deliver feedback on what’s going on with their favorite teams.

Baseball's had a lot of bad PR recently during Rob Manfreds tenure, I don't see it recovering for a long, long time.

As a twins fan I was so pumped to see how our team does with Donaldson on the roster, but now with covid and this embarrassing agreement fiasco, idgaf anymore. I'll just wait for basketball and football. What a shame.

Fire Rob Manfred! Up in Canada, around June 24th/25th, the Canadian Football League usually starts their regular season. Right now, the Canadian Football League is supposed to be playing their 2 preseason games. But due to COVID-19, the 2020 Canadian Football League is being delayed because of the Coronavirus. Just wanted to make Pat McAfee aware of this professional football league and its situation. As for MLB, sit down, git 'er done and schedule a 70-72 games schedule, even if it extends past September 30th and has 6-8 playoff teams per league. Time to suck it up and play ball!

I am definitely not for the players. They are a bunch of selfish whiny brats. They're more concerned about being paid than wanting to play. People are dying from this virus, of police brutality, and from defending our country. They are more concerned about their own welfare than anybody else. It's gotten to the point that I don't want to watch baseball anymore. Also it's sad to think that they can't even get going and while NASCAR, IndyCar, bowling, golf, wrestling, and horse racing is back on air, while the NBA and the NHL are not too far behind.

it might be just me, but seeing how the NFL operates has me on the side of EVERY players union because the Owners will chew up and spit out athletes like it's nothing just to serve their bottom line and those guys make millions so imagine what other owners and CEO's do to people making single digit dollars and minimum wages that are paid by the hour?
