Right, because what TS4 really Needs is not bug fixes, meaningful and deep interpersonal gameplay such as likes, dislikes, turn on-Offs, deep personalities, an Emotion-overhaul, weather, education etc. but ANOTHER USELESS FREAKING HOUSEHOLDMEMBER who appears to be very limited (--> animals). Sims fans are sometimes, well, Kind of odd when it Comes to priorities.
But we don't know the gameplay yet. Console sims has always been pretty different from the sims we know for pc.

Ape About Sims I'd definitely wouldn't want a console port that's just like the PC version. I want a Switch standalone game that's similar to Sims 2 Gamecube with the ability to move the Sims directly and all of these little features that made the console version so different and yet really interesting. I wouldn't want Sims 4 Switch if it's exactly like the PC version, because I could also just play it on my PC anyways (I also have a lot of DLC on that anyways, so I would definitely not get a Switch port if it's exactly like the PC version)

Not everybody (including me) has a computer. I have 2 smart phones and tablets. I have no real use or reason for a laptop or desktop. So this is really exciting for those of us who couldn't play this game since it came out. Alot of you that are complaining are adults and I find that quite embarrassing. You obviously have too much time on your hands. Either buy it or don't.

I don't know what I would do without a laptop lol. I watch tv on it, do school work, play video games, and watch youtube on it. I get some of that you can do on a tablet or phone, but I prefer the bigger screen. I have no real use for a tv anymore lol

I think it's great that Sims 4 is coming to console and I might consider buying it, But I have a question, Is there a way you can transfer all of your saved files from PC to PS4? Because I have 43 files and it takes alot of time creating families. If not that's fine. I was just wondering.
It would be cool if they had an in game custom content feature where you can download mods and CC from mod the sims and the sims resources!

RawDog HTF I personally don't use CC while I play, so I don't see how that sucks. CC isn't something that you must have to make TS4 great. But games like Fallout4 & Skyrim already have mods for Xbox One & PS4 so maybe Sims4 can have CC or some kind of mods of it's own for consoles.

With the PS4 and Xbox One technology, they can translate code straight from the PC so they don't have to downgrade the game. EA has already come out and said this will look and play just like the PC

Vibrant? Maybe. Lively? I think not lol, Just people walking around. They could've done so much more. Like actually seeing your neighbors sit on the porch etc.
They do. If you live at Willow Creek Sims do't Just Walk. They cook meals at the public areas. Children Play in the playground(if its in public area like in the Goth neighborhood). They use object such as chess board and chat to each other at public areas. Each neighborhoods had something to offer. Oasis Springs? In the front of each lot where the community lots can be found, There are sims eating at the picnic table.
The Best example of Vibrant world was San Myshuno, Because if sims just walking around, there will be no sims in the festivals, and those festivals makes that world completely more vibrant. If you go to the humour and hijinks festivals, sims of both different sides will battle each other to earn points for their team. If you wantto see it in action, you can go to San Myshuno or just go to the base game worlds and observe the worlds. Children even play at the Monkey bars that can be found on Newcrest.

Alex Nil I'm glad that the game does not have an open world. That way, more people are able to actually play it because the game's requirements aren't that high. Since the game starts lagging on gaming PCs because of cluttered lots, imagine what an open world would do...

Can't wait for this and am going to grab this for sure. Only thing is I wish you could interact with your friends on them, like visit their homes and vica versa. Not sure if there is a reason why they've never been able to do that but I would so love to do this and I think it would boost the sales massively too for a lot of people who would see this :)

I got the the game (for Xbox one) from my local Walmart and...........it doesn't work.... And yes I have enough GB.. do I need internet to install it or something?

You're acting as if consoles are free, with 400$ or whatever you can build a pc that run all the sim games you want + all the other advantages of a pc, a console can only empty your wallet for 5 years and then out the trash because its outdated
