Spooky stuff should have been a kit, seasons should have been a game pack, my first pet stuff should have been a kit, cool kitchen stuff should have been a kit, cottage living should have been a game pack, get to work should have been a game pack, high school years should have been a game pack.
I know Kits did not exists at this time, but I’m just switching them with the correct amount of money they are worth.

well it also says on the post they made for the trailer that "You can even ask other Sims for party treats (though don’t be surprised if they play a trick on your Sim instead)" and even with the other stuff packs new social interactions were never listed as a new gameplay! :)

What really weird was, we already can do social event, talking in group, and do activity together. Somehow, I feel EA never listen to what the simmers wanted. Like, they always releasing something we don't need. So far, I am only living up for the gamepacks, not the sp and ep (but get to work is somehow like ambitions in ts3, so meh)
Jonathan Hasiholan I actually like the game packs too. "Get To Work" is good, but these stuff packs are random. Instead of fixing the game to be more realistic, they keep repeatedly giving us the same party stuff, but in different variations. I don't even know if I'm going to get "Get Together".
And about "Ambitions", I had gotten that just for the robots, and then "Into the Future" came out about a year later. Still mad about that. It's like, you get this now, and then later you bought it for no reason.
what's next? the sims 4 tree stuff? the sims 4 sock stuff? the sims 4 bin stuff?

Matt Wilson Yeah, whenever I see people gush over stuff packs I have a moment of silence. I remember the days of TS2 when we waited for packs but they were WORTH the price, and even then the price was low. Now they give us a pumpkin or ice cream maker and people pay upwards of $20 for it.
The simmer community's shit. Thank God for the release of Fallout 4 and Uncharted 4 or else I'd lose my mind -_-
+Natalie Gambrill stuff packs are 10$, TS2 stuff packs use to be double the price. If you want to stay fair, compared Game packs which are the same price as were TS2 stuff packs back in the day, otherwise that comparison is meaningless

I've been considering saving up for a PS4 so I can play to my heart's content, since a minimum-grade good dekstop would be double what a used PS4 costs. Bethesda seems to be going in a good direction with the game, which is promising :P If you have to unlock shit via DLC I'm going to jump ship.
I have a samsung laptop. It has all the bells and whistles (Nvidia and i8), shitloads of space, and a nice resolution. STILL can't play above medium settings.

And another thing, if you pay attention, you'll see that they're hinting at Supernatural being an upcoming Expansion (look at the paintings). I'm more angry about us getting a Winter pack before a Halloween pack, considering that Halloween is the superiour holiday.

Here in Australia children and teens go to people's houses and get lollies,chocolates aka candy i have even gotten coins while trick or treating lol and i have been to this Halloween dance and dinner before aswell Halloween is just not as popular here as it is in the U.S , i love my horror movies :) though i always got dressed up as a witch when trick or treating
Okay, for the people asking for a "Pets" expansion for TS4, I have one question.
How are they going to make fur? Like hair in this game has such a "clay-like" texture. I'm having a hard time imagining how they're actually going to make animals look good with these graphics.

I don't understand why people can't just be happy with what EA is working hard to release. If you're so frustrated about not having toddlers or seasons, then go back to the Sims 3. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have those expansions in the future, but I'm sure EA is trying their best to please as many people as possible. I'm positive it's not that easy to create big expansions like pets or seasons either, so let's all be patient :)

Yeah but it doesn't matter how many stuff packs are made and how often they are released in the sims 4, the time they took to make Seasons and Supernatural for the Sims 3 was three years including all of the gameplay and new features so saying you want the same thing for sims 4 in only a year isn't realistic
Although I'm a little disappointed they're charging just for this, and I would have liked a full seasons expansion with this included, this is just too perfect for my spooky loving heart. I know I don't need it, but I just can't resist.

Probably not, they already have the major two holidays with packs (Christmas dlc has been out and Halloween stuff pack coming Tuesday). There might be an update or two with a couple of clothes or items for holiday, but nothing much

Orrrrr they'd say "you fully develop the game packs then" and walk out. That's what I'd do. It takes A LONG TIME to develop and do testing and shit with expansion packs. Sims 3 supernatural took over 2 years to fully complete bug testing and everything before they could release it, and it still had bugs. They're trying and working as fast as they can. Game development is not an overnight thing. Get over it and give them a break.

+FLUFFY4891 i play with supernatural and horror alot. The ghosts being able to possess jack o lanterns alone is amazing for me. there's alot of spooky cas/furniture that have been lacking in my stories so even if I don't have a Halloween party everyday I'll definitely use the stuff alot.

Remember when ea first made sims 4 and they made a free patch for Christmas,why couldn't they make a free patch for Halloween,along with all the other seasons,and maybe have a surprise for us all. EA is taking advantage of our money they lost so many customers in the past years now they are losing more. I don't want to be the one who says "my favorite game company let me down" I've been with EA since I was 4. Don't let your biggest fans down,I remember getting off school and jumping straight onto my laptop playing sims and downloading new cc. Let's talk cc though I do have to say the cc for sims 4 is amazing,there's already a dog mod I can't wait to see the new mods. I can rely on the mod creators. Hopefully I don't stand along also EA care more about your Mac users (me) I love sims and switching from Windows to Mac was tough but I learned that sims 4 runs the same. Anyways if anybody knows any mod creators please contact them and ask about maybe a toddler one :)
+Techgirly The christmas pack added a few items and cas items. THis is a stuff pack with many new interactions, cas items, objects, and 2 new gameplay objects. Much larger than the chrstmas pack, and larger than any stuff pack so far.
And then they sold seasons with recolors of objects from this pack. Lol
