As for a Mac version, there are no announcements for it yet. It's weird since one was announced for SimCity before launch, but as a post-launch release. No news regarding TS4. Although, given it is more lightweight than TS3, a port would actually work fine this time around.

On the CAS demo, I wish there were more personality choices. I mean, for all I know, those are only a few of them until the game comes out. Hopefully it has as many as Sims 3 did. Otherwise the personality part seems very limited.

Mergers and acquisitions give you a bigger jolt than a 1000 WooHoos, and if you happen to enjoy the finer things in life, that’s just icing on your big gold cake. (Oh my lol)
Fix some of the issues with moving objects into corners and the rotation of them. Make the sim progression better and not let us choose 8 job's straight out of the phone. Make finding jobs way more realistic!
Why does this feel like, "Take the personality quiz to find out which Disney Channel Character you're most like!" It feels so childish. And if it feels like a T for Teen game, you'd think they'd market it and create it for Young Adults. But i guess the flat colors and textures apply heavily to little kids because its what attracts them.
I feel like I'm the only one who actually likes the fact that they've gone with this style for the game.. Yeah i wasn't impressed at first but now i kinda like it :) The thing I'm most disappointed about is the fact that there will be no customization and there will be loading screens. EVERYWHERE. YOU. Yeah I know it's been PC first for TS1 and TS2 but I thought they were really going to treat the mac players the same after TS3 since they were pretty equal.
Also Avionadramida I have consoles for my main gaming and I use macs cause I don't like viruses and I like using reliable internet and apple products (in my opinion). Also I like the user friendliness plus sims is the only game I run on my computer. My PS3 is more than capable for everything else. I only have macs in my house anyways so that's my problem cause now I have to wait for a separate release and I don't think it's really fair. If I could afford to build a new top of the line gaming PC trust me I would. Think about it if you were a mac player.

Considering they shipped PC/Mac on the same disk for TS3. By the way it works just fine for me and many others (graphics wise ect.) , like I said before I have a playstation so the only game I can't get on that is sims so that's why it's on my mac.
