I can’t even imagine my game without seasons now. Everything I do in game revolves mainly around this pack. The holidays and weather affect so much of my gameplay.

I know, right? It's one of those things a WORLD needs to feel right. (At least, if you've lived in temperate areas your whole life--if you live in the tropics, maybe not.) Back in Sims ONE the main thing I ever wanted was to see the kids get off the schoolbus and throw snowballs at each other, or jump in puddles! Or leaves! Seasons/weather are just one of the absolute must-haves.

The base game feels incomplete without seasons
I imagine how this would work if you also have the laundry day pack. Like, not being able to hang dry clothes when it is raining or hang drying works faster\better than normal on really sunny summer days.

I have to admit, this may be a pack that changes the game and makes it something people are actually excited to spend money on and play. I am beyond excited to see this and experience how this changes the game. To me, this announcement makes it feel like a whole new game and I couldn’t be happier.

Don't think it was too much of a secret as they constantly dropped so many hints in-game in packs even in cats and dogs with the seasonal calendar, but this looks great and seeing many things in here people been wanting too.
Weather effects a lot of things in game might even add more to the sickness system we got in GTW as well with sims being exposed to the weather now or even when they go to work or if other sims even want to come over due to the weather. I love Seasons.

I've never been a big fan of Pets in The Sims but I was excited when it got announced but not as excited as I am now for Seasons and when they announced Toddlers. I've only played with Dogs in TS4 as I'm a Dog Lover aha and I think they are better than all the others we've got and the EP turned out better than I was expecting it to.
I was honestly convinced each season was gonna have it's own stuff pack but honestly kudos to EA, they've actually released something fully finished and that looks like it's got a ton of content! Only problem now is I'm imagining the price :')

I agree, I think that EA is lazy sometimes. Like some of the new worlds they give us are just embarrassing. Like island living world had like 5 houses only with 2 occupied and the leftover houses were so lazily built. I appreciate this pack too but sometimes I get disappointed by the laziness of EA. Like even strangerville houses are just empty rooms with a single bed and couch. EA better step up their game cuz most packs aren’t worth 40 bucks

liisu x tbf i feel cars would be pointless in sims 4 given the fact its not open world. Cars in sims 3 atleast served a purpose in sims 4 it would be more for show than anything else really
University would complete the game for me. It was one of my favourite packs along with seasons from sims 2/3
