Kim Go Eun is the main reason why I'm watching. A lot of actors act the same in every role but not her. From her tone of voice, inflection, body language, etc. It's always unique to the character she's playing. Hong Seol from Cheese In The Trap, Bok Soon from Monster, Hong Hee from Memories of The Sword, Il Young from Chinatown, 19 year old Ji Eun Tak/29 year old Ji Eun Tak and now with Jung Tae Eul/Luna are all acted so differently. Her versatility is what makes her so bankable. Kim Eun Sook must have loved working with her so much she picked her again. I just love talent like hers. A true testament that talent SHOULD eclipse looks. Though she's so charming and pretty for me. Looks fade, talent does not.
OMG Can't agree more. I know some actors and actresses, the characters they played are just the same for every drama I've watched but KGE is not the case, she knows how to pull out that character and makes them so unique, like a different person
I've been inlove with this girl since her CITT days & since then I've been following her dramas & catching up with her previous works. She's so amazing. She's one my fave actresses along with Nam Ji Hyun, Gong Hyo Jin & Jang Nara.

People say they don't have the chemistry but I think they have. It's just that they don't focus to much on making us the feels but rather having too much conversations about the parallel universe. I think they haven't also clicked yet because kge's character is always hot-tempered but i'm looking forward for what will happen to them on the upcoming episodes. Loved Kim Go-Eun's acting here on the series though, such a badass.
How does people know wether they have good chemistry or not, its only 1 episode π
but there's been episode 2, i've seen them interact more. i'm basing their chemistry much on that episode.
I think their roles suit them really well and their chemistry is there but itβs only been 1 episode and we havenβt get them interact with each other that much. I think weβll get to explore more of their lovely moments together in the upcoming episodes.

I loved the first two episodes. There's something about Kim Go Eun that makes you ask for more. She did another great job here, her acting is very unique and you can't seem to compare it to her other dramas. Her versatility is what parts her from the other actresses. Not to mention how Lee Min Ho portrayed his role very well. I can now foresee the future of this Kdrama, this will definitely hit the charts right. Lots of love from the Philippines!!
When he hugged her it was just amazing and when he said i take you to be my wife, The Queen i was just so surprised how lovingly he said that. This drama is phenomenal. I just love it.It's just two episodes and I am loving it.
I actually started watching the show for Lee Min Ho but now I have also started liking Kim Go Eun. She is very versatile actor and I can see that now. Rooting for episode 3 and hope this drama blows charts of the year...

I kept on thinking and analyzing how Jung Tae Eulβs ID ended up 25 years ago. I feel thereβs something that made her go to his world at that certain point in time to save him. I canβt wait for the next episode!!
This particular scene is both comedic and romantic. In reality though, if someone I do not know of hugs me like that, Iβd be shocked as hell.
KGEβs character is more aggressive here than in Goblin. On the other hand, LMH, perhaps, added a new flavour in his acting. The voice, the expression and the posture... very kingly. We waited for 3 years and he gave us a satisfying performance on his comeback.
It reminds me the movie "The One" about parallel world with the twist of love story. Yeah something is missing and i cant comprehend yet with that ID, but Im guessing the savior is not Jung Tae Eul, I think its Detective Kang (high school friend of Jung tae) from the Republic world. My speculation is when someone holding the flute, they can time travel haha not sure though. Also Detective Kang draw the logo of the Kingdom in his personal log book in the scene of investigation/meeting about the murder. Is it time travel or reincarnation? This is exciting romance and story for sure. I imagine when Jung Tae go to the Kingdom with Lee Gon that will be fun!
You can't expect the whole story line to be explained well having just a 2 episodes. So don't stress out yourself trying to understand everything. It might be revealed in the next episodes. ππ
To me it actually looked more like it was him who saved his younger self. I have a feeling he somehow went back in time and saved his younger self. Iβm not sure why or how he had her ID tho... Idk, itβs just a theory I had.

And.. because itβs writer Kim Eun Sook, I have high hopes that it will have a great storyline. She brought back 2 of the actors from her previous drama together, it must be good.

For me, I like the drama so far.
1. The cinematography of the drama is superb.
2. I love the kind of drama that will keep me wondering how and why that happened,because it will make me want to watch more so that the question in my head will be answered.
3. The way the actors portray their roles. Each of them is giving flavors to it,to the point that it is making me curious about them. Example is the female prime minister, my guts tell me that she is knows something or perhaps she just looks suspicious because of her expression. Something like that.
and the way Lee Min ho's eyes can be so expressive, the way he gazed at Go eun. The longing and anticipation is their.
Also Watching k-dramas seriously taught me not to trust characters that fast. (I know most of you get what I mean.)

The show is very interesting so far, but I found myself a bit confuse with the timeline a bit with its switching. Also I think the reason why people are saying that the two leads donβt have have chemistry is because KGEβs character is very hot tempered and she doesnβt know LMHβs character at all, while he does. I see the chemistry, like they the ending of episode 2 where they look at each other. Beside weβre only on episode 2, just let it take time.

We can't judge the chemistry on the first two episodes so I would say that they all slayed the character they are portraying but I know they have a good chemistry together. There is chemistry reading before filming so I think the people behind this did a perfect choice.

I have a theory that KGE's character was not the one who saved LMH when he was still a child. I think it was LMH in another timeline, and went time travelling because he realized that he's the only one who can save himself.
