I am a medical intern and I can relate so much in this series. I cry, laugh and got so inspired a lot. I know that my profession isn’t the most difficult one because every job has it’s own pro’s and con. This path was my choice and I even beg God that if I make it to medschool I’d bite my tongue and work my ass out to get through it. I’ll take all the pain and walk the difficult path. When I started my clerkship, that’s when things got so much difficult that I broke down, cried my heart out for the first time in my 26 years of living, I literally sob and shout; that if I could runaway then I’d do so. I got so exhausted that I felt like I was so dead inside. it’s like you’re fighting a battle you can’t win.

I keep hearing that this drama is not a medical drama. Many doctors have reviewed this drama and were shocked by how accurate the details in the dram were. Far better than “medical” dramas like grey’s anatomy

As a doctor I completely agree. They have even managed to included small details like songhwa’s slip disc (neurosurgeons are at high risk for slip disc because they have to wear lead aprons very often) on top of capturing the emotions frustrations and the small pockets of joy we experience in hospital every day perfectly. Junwan’s constant quizzes for his interns always makes me laugh and reminds me of my own medical school days.

Dear The Swoon, please clip all the OST songs from the show on KRplus. I know Stone Music Entertainment has the "album" version of the songs, but I rather like the amateur-ish vibe these doctors do for the covers of the songs. I would rather love to revisit them at my leisure, instead of trying to look for what part in each episode they play in. But yeah, I love this one and the Karaoke in eps 3, would be nice if we had all of the others as well.

i think they missed the detail that she's tone-deaf in the series.
I wasn’t sure about this drama when it first started but it has quickly become my current favorite drama after a few disappointments (I’m looking at you rugal). Look forward to it every single week and wish it was two instead of one episode per week. Love how unique each character and how tight knit the group is. We all need a group of BFFs like this ❤️

4sara12 if you made it to episode 4, I think you’re safe. I just think it had so much potential but is a great example of execution gone wrong. The characters are so one dimensional. And because none of the characters had a proper intro, I have no vested interested in any of them; and there’s way too much focus on the main character whose acting is wooden- I’ve seen him in other dramas and he usually isn’t like that so I am disappointed. Also the villain is so cartoonish and the story doesn’t honestly make sense a lot of the time. I’m still watching because it be corona times but I don’t think I would usually waste my time on something like this otherwise. Even Netflix seems to not care about Rugal, swoon hasn’t posted one video on it. On the plus side though, everyone is so fit, it’s pretty inspiring.

This is one of my fave medical dramas already even though it only has 12 episodes. Or we can hope for season 2 as shin wonho mentioned that it's up to viewers to give the best hype for season 2 to happen. I wish this was twice a week. There chemistry is no joke.

I was not sure to finish this drama at first but as I move to the next episodes , I found it difficult to stop.This drama tells how humans like doctors can influence each other' s life...theirs ( doctors ) and their patients' life as well as the patients' guardians.I personally experienced this when my late husband was hospitalized for a month in three different hospitals before he expired.I was touched by the doctors 's very humane way of caring their patients.It was very consoling for me and my husband.In my early days doctors were so stiff ( sorry no intention to offend ) dealing with their patients but in the 80's to present this has changed.I salute our medical people nowadays.Furhermore this drama is about the doctors' life too.They have their own stories but their work and patients are still their priority.Also I love the band bonding scenes esp when Ju Jungsuk sings.I really admire his acting and singing prowess.I pray for him to have a happy family life .More power to the cast as well as the storywriter and everyone behind this kdrama.
