Here we see the finest example of a man who has strong character, logical and desirable but completely defeated by love. He awares that he's falling in love alone yet he can't help not to stay far from the women who used her like disposable diaper. Pathetic? Maybe. But at some time of our life, we were on his shoes.
She loves him too, she just hide it, cos in her opinion, she's not good enough for him.

Even he knows that she's only using her but he's willing to let it slide. He said that at the end of eps 8. But his expression after he said that, Oh God. You can't not pity him. He looks like someone who tried to swallow a sharp sword but managed to put a smile on his face. That's how much he loves her and I haven't see that kind of selfless act from her that shows she loves him too. Not even a glimpse.

@@dah4291 I was in his shoes. It is heartbreaking for me to watch this show. I never thought I have such capacity for love too. But mine was an abusive relationship. I had to get out. I hope this has a much better ending than mine.

Ju Ji- Hoon has matured quite a bit through the years... he’s an impressive and extremely versatile actor... at times looking very submissive... devoted... tempting... lascivious and then again he‘ll show you his darkest sides... being very dogged... spiteful... vengeful... obnoxious... psycho... he has this absolutely haunting and captivating look in his eyes that instantly chains and paralyses you... he‘s like a glass of good wine... the older he gets, the more striking, intense and exquisite its taste... ♥️

You should watch 5 fingers with Ji- Hoon and Ji- Chang Wook or Mask... this man’s extraordinary... the versatility of his facial expressions are simply out of this world... those eyes are so challenging...

i love this show! i've always loved KHS since I saw her in Tazza (she was pure seduction on legs and a soft voice). But i think she has the best chemistry with Ji Hoon here. The script--their dialogues--are so awesome. every byplay--every interaction--is magnified by that punch-in-the-gut chemistry. Add the angsty history and betrayal and you could end up with a soggy mess of a drama. But Kim Hye Soo and Ju Ji Hoon take the material as their own and make you fall in love. it's all sorts of funny, gritty, and painful. but we love it, even when it's harrowing. These two are such a powerhouse.

Ji Hoon has become a very fine actor. Hye Soo has been great ever since I found her hence, I love her from the very begining but Ji Hoon? He's surprisingly too much to handle now esp that I am not ready for his improvements I mean he wasn't like that before and we didn't expect him to change too much coz he's already enough when he was younger but look at him upgrading himself. He's out of control. I can't contain the feels. I have to put the video on pause and replay it over and over again in order to catch all the feels he's been exerting. Nice script. Nice actors. There love story is slow but it has to be that slow or else I will be overwhelmed.
I nearly died when Hye-soo smiles and says Her-Jae is there bc he wants to see her..... unnie you are soooo adorable QAQ And the TENSION!!!!! I’m dying for these two.... and we get to see jealous Her-jae this week :’) maybe he is worried that Gum-ja would pull the seduction game on that client hahahhaa

It's ridiculous the amount of time I keep replaying this clip just to see the pretty face of Ju Ji Hoon being adorably in love. They do have chemistry, but this man and his character have been stealing my heart in not a healthy way. And gets harder when I think about he killing zombies as that amazing Prince in Kingdom. I'm so whipped 😂.
