This reminds me so much of the old flip phones, except much more advanced. I wouldn’t necessarily get one, but I’m definitely impressed.

Thanks for the video! Definitely in the Z flip camp over here, though mostly because I kind of see the galaxy fold as more of a power user's phone than the flip, and I wouldn't consider myself a power user. I'm much more in favor of convenience and portability when in full usage mode and the fold feels a bit unwieldy in that regard. The fold to the z flip is kind of how I view the relationship between phones like the s20 plus to the s20. I have a couple questions if you don't mind:
1 - Does the Z flip support any kind of face unlock?
2 - How does the Z flip's durability feel when unfolded? Is this the type of thing you could see fitting comfortably into a car's phone holder?

Hey question, I got the sprint version. Please help me unless u bought the unlocked version. My question is when you first start up the phone , going through the setup, will it automatically activate on your service and replace your old phone during that setup or did you have to manually activate it after the setup menus done and it goes to home screen? Basically I bought the sprint one and don’t want it to activate on its own. I want to keep it and use it only on wifi and not my service

I'd go with the Galaxy Fold. The Fold has a purpose, the main screen is actually bigger, makes it into a tablet when you want & a regular phone when you don't. The concept is clear here. With the Flip on the other had, you can't really use it closed. You can't switch your experience from a portable phone to a tablet form. So the only real way to use it is to open it up.

Thankfully the plastic removed was actually the plastic and not the adhesive like the galaxy fold.

I think a 3/7 or 4/6 part to be folding part is batter than half to half. By doing that we can make it use in folding mode with front facing camera with bigger front screen, and even just place all battery on bottom half part of this phone, that bring tons of benifits.
