Well, I'm glad you liked it. As for me, the legend of Bond (the man who always beats the odds no matter what) is now dead. I think I'll redirect my enthusiasm to another legendary action hero who hasn't been killed: John Rambo.

@@LeonWick526 It's because they let Craig have way more say in this movie, it was a powerful statement that was so emotional on his part because that was really the first family he ever had (again), and he risked so much for them even through the hurt he believed Madeleine caused and only just found out that the little girl was his daughter. I really wish he would've survived and lived happily ever after in retirement but Daniel Craig wanted it to be damn well known he is done with the character and won't be returning, ever.
@@reallyvictor If that really is true, then Craig has done a terrible disservice to such a respected/beloved character. It's not his character to kill off. We the fan base also own the character b/c we're the ones who pay to see these films. Without us, Bond doesn't exist. It's awfully arrogant of Barbara Broccoli to think fans are going to be okay with this. Maybe that's why the film flopped in the U.S.A. Horrific spoilers travel fast once a film has been released.
@@LeonWick526 It is not a disservice, and you are completely wrong. It is HIS character. It also into SLIGHTLY underperformed for its opening weekend box office at $57million in the US; which still isn't bad at all so i don't know where you are getting the news if it being a flop from. He's know the emotional impact it is to kill of the beloved name, but it is common sense that the character isn't really dead, only his version is. There is plenty more Bond to come if you even saw the final part of the credits "James Bond will return". I have watched almost every review on youtube regarding the movie, a lot from Americans, and most of them have loved it, most saying the first hour and 15 or so is amazing, and the next 45 min to an hour is a little slow, but the last 30 minutes is absolutely amazing. The writing is perfect, the story is perfect, and the ending is perfect for the movie, for the characterc and for the story that Daniel Craig's Bond gave us.
Casino Royale and Skyfall are my favourites, but all his James Bond movies are great I think, probably best Bond so far

Really going to miss him as Bond. He was so rugged and yet so very charming at the same time. You did the franchise proud Daniel, you will be missed. It is so hard to say goodbye. Daniel Craig is my favorite Bond. So many great scenes from all his films but the train scene in Casino Royale when Bond meets Vesper is one of the best "first meetings" between characters in any movie.

It's tough to compare the Bond actors over the years, us older guys (47) loved Sean Connery, but if I had to list my favorites over the decades it would be Daniel Craig at the top, then Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan.
I just felt these guys represented the roles the best, had the best lines, co-actors and stories.

Some say that Casino Royale is the best but I'm with you. Skyfall is my favorite. The opening chase and the fight on the train was phenomenal. The part where Bond adjusts his cuffs after jumping on the train is too good for words. When M says "Take the bloody shot" and what happens next just gives you chills.
So many times, the previous Bond movies were almost cartoonish in the way they made Bond indestructible. But Daniel Craig made Bond real and more human because of his flaws, but with strength and dignity as well

I love Daniel Craig's version of James Bond particularly Spectre and No Time to Die. It must be the story, the cinematography, the artistic side of it, and also the characters brought in to these movies. I don't normally comment on social media about how i felt about a movie or about the actors, but these films certainly moved me and made me appreciate extraordinary talents like Daniel Craig and Lea Seydaux. SPECTRE gets a lot of hate. But it’s actually really well made and interesting. I get the hate for Waltz’s Blofeld but as a new fan, it was a great portrayal in a realistic movie unlike the classics

I totally agree. I personally loved Spectre. I’m 51 and grew up with the Roger Moore films, but loved watching the Connery ones on TV. However I’d still rank Spectre as a definite top 5 Bond film. Yes I prefer Casino Royale and Skyfall, but only just. The opening segment in Mexico, everything in Morocco, Waltz was superb as Blofeld, Lea Seydoux (say no more!), etc etc. The only thing I hated was that they chose that awful Sam Smith song over that incredible Radiohead song - one of the worst mistakes in Bond history - but otherwise another great Bond film
