- The MINI Hatchback 3-door and 5-door, the MINI Convertible and the MINI Clubman are manufactured in what MINI calls the "Mini Production Triangle". This comprises three production plants: Hams Hall for engines; Swindon for body pressings and sub-assemblies; and the Oxford plant, where MINI cars are assembled. Other than the Mini Countryman, which is mainly manufactured in the Netherlands, all MINI models are assembled in England, UK.

Ayah sy pernah punya mini Cooper tahun 1977, mobil sangat bagus untuk orang Indonesia, praktis, simple, cantik dan nyaman. Masukkan ke Indonesia yang banyak dan harga sedikit murah dari mobil Jepang China Korea Selatan. Pasti orang Indonesia suka dengan mobil mini berkualitas tinggi 🎉

I don’t like that mini whine from the engine. Ours was so bad people used to come up to us and ask what’s wrong with our engine. The dealer insisted there was nothing wrong. We got rid of it in the end and drive mazdas now.
You can hear the whine on the video, it’s got to be a design problem with the engine.

I am from UK, I ordered my MINI countryman September 2021 and expected delivery in January 2022, delayed to March 2022, still nothing to April 2022 with reason of WAR and No Spare parts, discuss to cancel the order but they said my Down payment would be gone as I cancel the order of the car they not even built!!
And they promised August 2022 would be ready with some changes of what i ordered such as no digital display to analog display, no head display, no JCW series, no JCW seats, instead of 4 wheel drive to front wheel drive, from Sport to Executive series.
Than at the end I get the car in October 2022.
13 month for Bloody car that I’m not really excited to have it anymore!

Who in the right mind would buy an over-priced, out of style mini cooper. The company may be acquired by BMW, but the production is done in britain by pom workrs, so the quality is only british standard. It is not good as far as value for money is concerned.

You couldn't be more wrong. Mini is true to its styling heritage: When you see a Mini - you know what it is. There is no question about it and car enthusiast are more than willing to pay for the price of admission. The price point is also spot on. The Mini is a high quality automobile - made with excellent materials; the fit and finish is top notch. Ever since 2016 Gen 3 model - all previous issues have been address and fixed. No software glitches, no engine problems, no transmission issues. It's basically bulletproof. I have a 2023 JCW Mini Cooper Convertible: the engine is from the UK, the transmission is from Germany and the final assembly is the Netherlands. It is a very well made car. I optioned for the Rebel Green exterior and Chesterfield Malt quilt seating with white piping and let me tell you, the paint quality and leather seating is on par with the best of the best. My Mini convertible is the only car for sale that is shorter than a Miata, seats four people and can stand with the best in handling and performance. It is a street legal race-car and so much fun. Best bang for the buck.
I am a Brit in the USA, Idaho Fall, that may be a mistake, but I have a wonderful Mini, built, I believe in the USA, and she is wonderful and runs well, bit expensive when stuff goes wrong, but I Love my mini
