I really liked the chill-ness that this video has and that you actually showed us on the map where it was and prices. Also that you talked about the atmosphere and actually recommended items from the menu! The background music was good as well, didn't distract from the video but was just right. Seeing Korea through your eyes is definitely something I enjoy and can connect with (as opposed to other youtubers)!

Isn't cafe culture a massive thing in the US...? Though I guess it depends on which part you're from?
β@@jasminee204 Actually not really! There's a difference between Starbucks and these kinds of these kinds of nice, sit-down cafes where you can have a date. The only places I've seen these are in college towns and heavily Asian-populated areas and usually there's only a handful.
@@jasminee204 it is very popular here! I'm surprised the other commentors thought it wasn't. definitely more so around college areas but any "hipster" neighborhood is definitely full of them, and most decently sized cities have several hipster areas

I haven't been to Korea yet and really like this sort of video. The local aspect is what I like the most actually because anyone can recommend a generic tourist spot but it's nice that you're recommending places that you've actually been to. I'd love to see more.

Hi Dave! I've been a pretty casual fan of your videos until recently. I really love the variety of content you put out.
I wanted to say that this particular video made me really happy. I've been wanting to travel to Korea for years now, but this video hit me differently. This tour made me feel like I've just moved into town, and a friend took me on tour on their favorite spots. My only complaint to this video is that it was too short; just how a day would come to an end, and I would have to say goodbye to my friend. Not that I'm pressuring you into doing more videos like this, but I sincerely look forward to more of your content! π
