Ellen's show was and always will be ICONIC, her being a pioneer as a female comedian and presenter with a heart of gold and a razor sharp sense of humor just spreading joy and awareness and humanity has opened so many doors for to be open minded and just break set outdated standards on femininity and showbusiness, not to mention making difficult topics accessible worldwide. To be clear, these are all staff members that were allowed to look at her directly, correct? How about inviting back the control room staff who were told, DON'T GO IN THERE, Ellen is sitting in your chair? Or PAs that adopted pet because they thought that would get them promoted, which it didn't and now they had a rescue puppy. Own it!
