These ladies were 37, 38, 39, 41, and 45 at the time of filming this single in 2020.
To do dance moves like the ones seen in this clip takes immense amounts of constant training, efforts into physical fitness, core muscle strength, healthy diets and lifestyles, ESPECIALLY after having kids (all except Nicole) and getting to 40+ so basically A LOT of hard work.
Lastly, I love Nicole she is a "whole" package but so are the other 4 (previously 5) girls and I really wish there was more footage dedicated to them, not just in this film clip but all of them.
One commenter posted "Nicole and her back-up dancers" that made me feel sad, Nicole's solo career wasn't nearly as successful as her career as a PCD and PCD wouldn't exist without the other girls too.
That's just my personal 2 cents.

Anastasia Timiș yes they are dancers. 1 lead singer which is Nicole and 1 back up vocal which is Carmit. The other 3 Ashley, Kim and Jessica were signed as dancers.
